Terms of service
Last updated: 20 October 2026
1. The service
calsmanager is provided by AgilXP AS, Badstuvegen 17, 2090 Hurdal, Norway (“we”, “us”). It connects calendar accounts you choose and copies events between them according to rules you set. By using calsmanager you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
2. Your account
- Keep your login details safe; we recommend turning on two-factor authentication.
- Only connect calendar accounts you are allowed to use this way. If a calendar belongs to an employer or customer, make sure their rules allow copying its events, even as “Busy” blocks.
- You are responsible for your rules and for what they copy into which calendar, in particular when you choose to copy titles or details.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use calsmanager to break the law, to access calendars without permission, to send spam, or to overload or attack the service or the calendar providers it connects to.
4. Calendar changes
calsmanager creates, updates and deletes copies of events in the calendars your rules point to. It only changes events it created itself, which it recognises by a hidden marker. Check new rules with the preview before enabling them. We are not responsible for changes made by the calendar providers or for events edited or deleted outside calsmanager.
5. Third-party services
calsmanager depends on services such as Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, iCloud and Infomaniak. Their terms apply to your use of them, and their availability or changes may affect calsmanager.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep calsmanager running but do not guarantee that it is always available, timely or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; we will give reasonable notice of significant changes.
7. Liability
calsmanager is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by Norwegian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as missed or double-booked meetings or lost business, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for calsmanager in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including rights you have as a consumer.
8. Ending the agreement
You can stop using calsmanager at any time: remove your connected accounts and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When an account is closed, its data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and announce significant changes by email before they take effect.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be settled by the Norwegian courts, with Romerike og Glåmdal District Court (Romerike og Glåmdal tingrett) as the agreed venue, unless mandatory consumer rules give you the right to use another court.
